CAMPAIGN RULES AND REGULATIONS (the "Rules")
No purchase is necessary to win.
FUNDRAISER PERIOD
The Campaign is being held by Brokerlink Inc. (the “Campaign Sponsor”) and begins 12:01AM EST on January 15, 2023 and will end at 11:59PM EST on April 30, 2023 (the “Campaign Period”), after which time the Campaign will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Campaign, an individual must be:
- the age of majority in Ontario or older at the time of entry;
- a permanent resident of Ontario;
- a member of Northern Ontario Curling Association (NOCA);
and
- an individual must request a quote on a personal insurance policy from a BrokerLink broker in Ontario or provide their contact information and insurance renewal date.
- a current BrokerLink customer must request an additional quote or review their current policy.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. To enter without purchase or obligation, an individual must complete a personal insurance quote with a BrokerLink broker in Ontario or provide their insurance renewal date. Current BrokerLink customers that meet eligibility may enter the Campaign by requesting an additional quote or reviewing their policy. The individual must provide their last name, first name (excluding any nickname), age, full address with postal code, telephone number with area code and policy renewal date. Upon receipt of this information by the Campaign Sponsor, the individual will automatically have one (1) entry in the Campaign. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. The collected funds will be donated to Junior Curling in Northern Ontario.
CHARITABLE DONATION
With each quote or renewal date received or review completed, BrokerLink will donate $10.00 to Junior Curling in Northern Ontario, up to a combined total of $1,000. The individual entering the Campaign must meet all other eligibility criteria as well as any applicable company policies of the Campaign Sponsor.
SELECTION
An Eligible Person within Ontario who receives a quote, provides a renewal date or completes a review with all other applicable information will be part of all entries received during the Campaign Period. All entries received meeting the eligibility criteria herein will be part of the same Campaign and will be treated equally for the purposes of the Junior Curling Northern Ontario Campaign.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Campaign Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Campaign should an event beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Campaign, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Campaign Sponsor and its affiliates may, at their sole discretion and without liability, rescind or amend this Campaign at any time.
Any person entering this Campaign or trying to do so by any means which would be unfair to the other entrants, contrary to the Rules or illegal, including computer hacking, amongst others, will be automatically disqualified and may be subject to prosecution, as the case may be. Decisions by the Campaign Sponsor in regard to this paragraph are final and binding.
By entering this Campaign, each Selected Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Campaign Sponsor: (i) by providing your insurance renewal date, personal contact details and entering this Campaign, you consent to be contacted by a BrokerLink Insurance Advisor. You also consent to receiving commercial electronic communications from BrokerLink for the purposes of providing you a quote for the supply of insurance services. You may withdraw your consent at any time, (ii) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Campaign and/or the awarding or use of the Charitable donation, (iii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Charitable donation, (iv) disclaim any implied warranty, and (v) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s acceptance or use of the Charitable donation or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Campaign, and (vi) are not liable for any claim arising from a the Selected Entrant’s use of or dissatisfaction with a Charitable donation.
Neither the Campaign Sponsor nor the Insurer is liable for any faulty computer components, software, or links, the loss or nonexistence of communications capability or faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased telephone, mail, computer or network transmissions that make it difficult or renders any person(s) unable to enter the Campaign. The Campaign Sponsor and the Insurer waive any responsibility for any damages or loss incurred, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or any form and by the transmission of any data relating to participation in the Campaign.
Neither the Campaign Sponsor nor the Insurer are responsible for website loading, screening or posting errors, software, hardware, mail, telephone, network or server errors and the Campaign Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in the event a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond their control corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Campaign.
Entries are the property of the Campaign Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants.
For the purposes of these Rules, the entrant is the person who meets the Eligibility criteria above. This is the person who will be participating in the charitable donation made to Junior Curling in Northern Ontario during the “Campaign Period.”
The Campaign Sponsor may, for any reason and at its sole discretion, amend these Rules at any time during the Campaign Period.
The Campaign is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
By entering this Campaign, you acknowledge having read these Rules and agree to abide by them.
