The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. To protect our communities, most BrokerLink employees are now working from home. Our branches are no longer accepting walk-in clients. This is in line with recommendations by our national health care officials.
We would like to assure our customers that while BrokerLink is not accepting walk-ins due to ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19, we remain open for business. We are available to help with any insurance needs you may have. We ask our customers to reach us by phone or email instead of visiting our branches in person. Most of the insurance carriers we work with will mail documents to you directly. If you require additional documents, please call us to determine what options are available.
For all new or existing claims, please reach out to your local branch for guidance. If you are an Intact Insurance customer, please visit Intact Client Centre or download the Intact App to submit a new auto claim or to track claims in real time.
As your broker, we are here to support you during challenging times. Please call us to review your payment options.
Insurance is a contractual obligation. We are not able to temporarily suspend a policy. However, we can discuss coverage alternatives to meet your current insurance needs.

This is an unprecedented situation that changes every day, and sometimes every hour. We’ve had to adapt quickly for our employees and find ways of being there for our customers and their insurance needs while adhering to social distancing.
We play an important role in ensuring our customers have the right insurance coverage that fits their needs – whether it’s for a personal home or car or for their business.
The well-being of our employees is top priority and we have acted swiftly to ensure our employees are able to work from home. We all need to do our part to socially distance ourselves and keep our communities safe.
