System Support Specialist Level 1
Our growing BrokerLink technology team has positions open to support our organization’s growth. We need a System Support Specialist Level 1 to support BrokerLink’s growth in business and tools. The location of the Specialist positions are open but we have room for you in our Toronto, Yonge & Wellington Street office or Sudbury, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta office.
Summary of the Role:
Our Specialists handle BrokerLink branch and corporate department system and tool access and process requests through our automated ticketing system, Zendesk. We provide service in a time sensitive environment and strive for quick and accurate resolution of all requests. Our Specialists understand BrokerLink’s access security procedures and manage new hires and staff changes accordingly. We answer questions on core system usage and guide our colleagues and new tools and new processes. We build upon our existing Knowledge Base so that we can answer inquiries quickly.
In this role, you are involved with supporting the day to day branch and corporate operations.
